These are some food banks I know of. Someare free and some cost but a low fee and accept EBT as well. Ill add more as i find them

God Provides Food Bank located in South El Monte. They have a great family pack program and have been around for 15 years. They receive refferral from 211 Los Angeles County Call for Help Line
